HOW LONG DOES THE CLASS 1 TAKE?

I got a call from the CAA a couple of days ago.I don't have confirmation yet but I'm desperate to know how long the class 1 takes.All day?A few hours?Mine starts at midday.
Need to know 'cause I want to meet an old friend after for a few beers!

Medical takes 3-4 hrs depending on how many applicants they have at the time. I did mine a month ago and they got me through in under 2 hours but I did have a flight to catch ...at Heathrow. Got to say they were really helpful but I've still not seen my Class 1 yet!

You should have had full details on the process when they confirmed your appointment.
