Eye damage...information request

Any well informed advice on this? One eye has poor vision as result of a blocked vein at that eye. Underlying cause was investigated but remains unknown. Vision in that eye remains poor, understood to be due to leakage within the eye. NHS doctors unable to offer any treatment to maintain or improve present vision at that eye. Anyone aware of any specialists or techniques, anywhere in world, that might improve this situation?

Have you been to the Moorfield Eye Hospital in London and seen a specialist there?.
