Perforated Eardrum
 

Will this affect me getting my class 1? it doesnt affect my hearing or flying and it has healed. but how will they look at this?

Hi there. It depends on the cause of the perforation but usually they heal up well and hearing is not affected. If however you have recurrent perforations, that could be a problem as there is a risk of scar tissue developing and the perforation not healing over. (hearing could be affected in this case).
