Implications of a deviation
Hello all,
I'm trying to get an idea of the practicalities of having a long-term deviation on a medical certificate. I know that it basically means I can only fly UK-reg aircraft, and in terms of training it doesnt really pose a problem. What Im eager to find out is how it affects chances of employment. Im guessing that the likes of Ryanair and Easyjet are beyond reach because of their 'multinational' fleet. So focusing on operators that only fly G-registed a/c, does a deviation pose any problem in reality? Im basically after anything and everything about the real implications of a deviation. I've found bits and piece of info in various threads but nothing substantial. Thanks in advance :ok: |
Deviations
These are issued by the CAA to get your Class 1 cert.
Once you get your CPL (or maybe ATPL) it is removed and you are left with a nice clean and shiny Class 1 and no one will know you ever had a deviation!:ok: |
