help with the class 1
 

Hey guys so I'm going for my 1st class one medical on the 20th feb in Ireland, i was just wondering if people could tell me what i am likely to expect them to do in it?

so i can guess the obvious; eyes, hearing, breathing (lung test???), bloods?? urine??

so what else will be involved, will i have to run on a treadmill for half an hour or anything like that??:O

also is there anything that i can do to prepare for this medical; i.e do a bit of cardio or something

any info is helpful cheers lads
