silly about the teeth
I have to remove one tooth (the upper right premolar) tomorrow. To say the truth I am terrified of that because I fear one tooth less would lead to something bad to my medicals in the future.
By the way I`m still in college and I have not yet started flight training. I`m just checking if this will not affect me when I begin it! It goes back when wanted to join the Air Force, and one of their medical requirements was to have a "chewing percentage" above of 85%. I never knew what that meant for flying. I figured it had to do with how many teeh you`ve got. I already miss like three teeth less that never grew, and one more being removed worries me a bit. Is it a bad thing in the airline world? any tiny info please! Thanks |
Yes I can sympathise, but I'm not sure they would even notice.
I think that they would be more worried if you had a leg missing. |
People with no teeth at all regularly pass initial and renewal medicals every day. It's simply not an issue.
Methinks you worry too much. If it's in a very obvious place and you think that you may be "cosmetically disadvantaged" at a future interview, save up your money and get an implant. Regards, Old Smokey |
