Ocd major depression history of psychosis
took my medical exam waiting to hear back. Any advice? My goal is a first class special issuance in the next fifteen years.

Do you already hold a Class 1 medical? I gather you've informed the AME of your history? Biggest question is that your issues are well controlled.
If you don't already hold a Class 1, without wanting to be too negative, you have an enormous mountain to climb.
Advice? Stay positive. It's good for your health anyway. Keep on the medication and partaking in activities that are known to be beneficial to mental and physical health.
