Reporting Illness or Injury to UK CAA

Does anyone know f the requirement to report an injury/pregnancy immediately to UK CAA, and an illness after 21 days has now changed? Part Med A020 seems to suggest that the requirement for all three conditions is to now report 'without undue delay'
