Vasculitis - Class 1 Medical Help!
 

Hi,

I have been diagnosed with Vasculitis and currently still on steroids for this which i am hoping i will be able to come off soon if all goes well.

I am just wondering if anybody has any experience of vasculitis or being on steroids (Prednisolone) and what your experience is or any advice you have please as i would love to be able to obtain a Class 1 to start training.

I had to declare myself unfit, 3 nights in hospital and then took 6 months to get my medical reinstated due to the dosage of prednisolone that I was on, my AME said that it has been known to cause hallucinations. Once the dose was down to something the CAA were happy with and following an examination to determine that the original problem was no longer a factor I went back to work.
