SOLI transfer between Poland and Czech
 

Dear all

I have a big issue from the Authorities, I have finished PPL in the Czech Republic now I m currently continue my training (MEP-IR-CPL) in Poland. the main problem is the Czech Republic not accept training and skill test in Poland, in case I should transfer my license from Czech to Poland caa. the problems start here.

I gave all my documents to Polish caa, they even want me a criminal report from my country. of course I did not kill anyone but its okay. ( I filled the form, application fee, logbook, license and medical copy, and others) the last thing is Solı form and they want from me by individually, however when I go to Czech Caa that they told me, about the Soli, which is official form and cannot give to a student like you. they emphasize Poland caa should request from us then we will send them. on the other hands Polish caa they did not ask them and waiting from me this form. now I m dead and,

I m going to finish my final training in Poland but unfortunately without Authority. I have no idea what I have to do in this case. does anyone can help me or give me some advice about that. little bid advise that would have been great.
