Just been diagnosed as Type 2 so I need obtain a report in accordance with the UK CAA protocol. I have a copy of the protocol but can anyone recommend an edocrinolgist in the UK that they have dealt with? I am outside the UK so am going to have to do this privately.

HbA1C limits for UK Class2 for Type 2
 

I'm on a PMD for several years. Could I regain a Class 2 with HbAic at 67, on metformin?
I've tried to find this on the CAA PDFs without success.
All other blood results are within normal limits
