Small allergies and past sinuses

Hello everyone,
When I was a kid I used to have some allergies like cat, dust, grasses, mites and other things. I did a treatment and recently, when I've checked for the last time most allergies were gone or almost gone except the cat one and maybe dust (I don't remember very well). Anyway they were in a lower level back then.
I also used to have sinuses and other small breathing problems, but fortunatelly they were also controled and I can say that nowadays I'm healthy and I don't use to have symptoms of sinus.
So, I would like to be a commercial pilot, and to do it, I need to obtain a CASA class 1 medical certificate. Do you think that an allergie to cat and dust together with my past clinical history could bring me problems to get the CASA Med1 Certificate?
Thanks!

Carlos172, you may find the AME/National CAA will require you to get an up to date blood test/respiratory test done by a consultant immunologist and by a consultant specialising in respiratory problems.
Depending on what has to be done and where you live, this could cost quite a bit in money and an even greater cost on your time.

You do get dust in aircraft cockpits, and some airports have resident cats, so expect a very hard time from 'you-know-who'.

This aside, wot AyrTC said, and don't be put off by the folk who will tell you "flying isn't for everyone".

Best wishes.

"You do get dust in aircraft cockpits". Yeah, as I get in my bedroom when I don't clean it. I'm still alive and well!
Thanks for your answer and for giving me some hope!
Bet wishes for you too and also for AyrTC! Nice and safe flights!
