1st Class FAA Medical Duration Question.

My 1st Class FAA medical exam was on 11/24/2015.

When is the last day in which I can exercise Class 1 privileges before it reverts to a 2nd class medical?

Some say it's expires on 4/30/2016, others say 5/31/2016.

61.23 lists the validities of medicals but it could be phrased better. First, are you 40 or older? It's either 6 or 12 months, not including the month you pass the exam.
