Flying with a defibrillator- POSSIBLE??

Is it possible to obtain a Class2 medical once an 'ICD' or 'pacemaker' is installed? Does anyone know of anyone with one? My cardiologist has told me to try to regain my medical because I haven't had an event in the past four years. I have received ambiguous responses from CASA and DAMEs.

There is a protocol for pacemakers on the CAA website.

However, ICDs are a little different and can pace, cardiovert or defibrillate. A defibrillation mid-flight would be a bad day in the office.
