How can commercial piloting impact your health?
 

There's a couple of things about commercial flying which often lead me to think it would negatively impact your vitality.

And these are...

Constant pressure changes
Odd sleeping patterns
Exposure to radiation

Are any of these of real concern to your health?

In addition do the first 2 on that list just leave you feeling like ass all the time? I'm not a pilot and i've never flown as a passenger with any regularity but i do notice that i feel drained after a flight (i presume this is due to the pressure changes) and my dad - who does fly (as a pax) with some regularity - notes that he feels better when he takes some time off flying. Does your body get used to these things?
