JAA AME in Germany

Hello guys,

I have found a hole through a lot of flying days in order to make my Class1 renewal. I fly in Germany at the moment and I really don't know where to find an AME in the Dusseldorf/Frankfurt area. Does anybody know where I can find a list of German AMEs? I have a very few time to undergo the examination. Thanks a lot for the help!!

Don't know about Frankfurt, but there is a very good AMC in Stuttgart at the Airport.

There should be a list on the LBA's webpage. Or just call the LBA, they can help you for sure.

There is an AME on the outskirts of Koln (Cologne), that is close to Dusseldorf.

May be this Dr can help you if you e mail him.
He is head of medecine at LBA, Luftfahrt-Bundesamt.
Oh, that is in Braunschweig, you call Brunswick.....that was the place that gave the little Austrian Adolf Hitler his German citizenship-the rest is history.
Nearest airport is Hannover.
