Body Mass Index

Hi there everyone,

I've recently done a BMI calculation on the internet and found that I have a BMI of 30. As you may know 30 is a high BMI especially for such a small lad like myself (5" 7/8ish). I will admit I have some slight 'extra baggage' shall we say but not so much that I would class myself overweight or anyone else for that matter. Alot of my weight is muscle as I train for sports and cycling several times a weak (resulting in larger than normal legs! lol)

What I wanted to know is where do the airlines/colleges etc stand on BMI. Is it worth me losing that extra weight? Will the airlines look at BMI only or personal shape?

All help appreciated cheers guys!

Mine is 42, but that's alright, coz I'm tall.

Personally, beer is my favourite breakfast. With extra cream...
