Varying ST and T Waves - ECG

I've finally sorted out my medical after having problems with my initial ECG due to nervousness. I went to my cardiologist who repeated the ECG but varying ST and T waves were still present. Instead of doing an exercise ECG, I did an echo-cardiogram and there was no problem - it really was just nerves! But the CAA have said that if these changes are present in the future, I "may"/will have to do an exercise ECG. Would these changes still be present on an exercise ECG even though there is no problem with my heart? What would happen to my medical, would I still be able to fly unrestricted?

YES, EKG must be used very judiciously and is rarely heplful in assymptomatic persons:)
