Hair transplant
I was wondering if anyone here has had a hair transplant? Reason I’m asking is, since it’s an operation, what happened to your medical and how long time did it go before you could start flying again etc?
Thanks in advance

propecia is also ok if taken for 2 days with no side effects. I’m fairly sure that rogaine is now ok too, but I haven’t looked it up recently.

I have more hair than my boys, but I used to tell them to massage the scalp to the point it was red. Stretch the skin and use those brushes with stiff plastic bristles. I've always done this but of course don't know what I'd have been like if I hadn't done it.
I argue that getting blood to the follicles is vital. Stretching and pinching the skin probably helps but it really needs a proper study done. If hair comes out during brushing, it's probably going to anyway.
It seems the problem is that when the follicles are lost they're replaced by sebaceous glands.
