Being a pilot with bad eyesight

Ok so I want to be a pilot in the uk however my vision is too bad, my prescription is as follows:R +7.50/-1.50×5

L) +8.00/-2.00×172.5

with glasses I have better than 20/20 vision. Is there any chance of me getting a class 1 and if I pass the initial what is stopping me from failing after?
