Medical tests
Hi there.
I have asked questions about my diseases to the CAA in Lithuania, and they said I shouldn't have any problems to get Class 1 medical.
But I have red somewhere that you can be able to get a Class 1 medical but be unable to pass the medical tests done by the airlines. Is it true? Is it even legal? How harder is to pass it compared to the standard Class 1 medical? I am especially interested to work for an North American or European airline company..

As far as i know, most european airlines require you to have passed only your medical. Not a clue about the norm in the states.
On the other hand, medical tests are very common in Emirates,Etihad,Qatar just to name a few.
