I did my Class 1 test about a week ago in Madrid and I got a sheet telling what I had to do; basically I had to NOT wear lenses 48 hours before the test, have my hair clean for the ECG test and not eat anything in the morning. It may be the same or similar for wherever you're doing it. Just stay calm and relaxed (although it's a bit hard!).

I had my first class medical a while back at Gatwick and the only thing I had to do was to make sure I had all the documentation together. I ate before the test- I had driven down from the north and my medical wasn't untill the afternoon so had lunch at pizza hut!! I was nervous about it but everyone was really nice and completely put me at ease so try not to worry too much. Good luck!
