Fainting pilot appeal begins

An Air New Zealand pilot who fainted three times during international layovers faces another hurdle this week in his fight to resume flying.
Civil Aviation Authority director John Jones has appealed against a District Court judge's decision that Captain Geoffrey Paterson of Auckland should be allowed to fly again.
The week-long appeal began in the High Court at Wellington yesterday.
