Dr Erin Pritchard appeared in Channel 4's "Dating with Dwarfism", I guess she provided treatment and advice for the dwarves at half price.

but the words "dwarf", "dwarves" and "dwarism" are NOT offensive? hmmm.... maybe they should have called them "dwarf sweets"?

And I now realise that I was deeply offended, on behalf of others, natch, when reading those military history books about WWII operations using baby submarines, except that they weren't called that.

I think we are all due an apology, as well as a promise that lessons will be learned. From and by whom, you ask; well, Winston Churchill, for a start, he can't evade responsibility just by being dead. He is known to have used that word in connection with submarines, although not with people, so his guilt is plain to see. That statue must go, of course, now that it's quite legal to pull them down.

I wonder if my Q5 is offending LGBT Q folk and I need to find a less offensive letter.

I don't really mind having a queer Audi ... no worse than some of the "Hairy" little cars I had in my youth.

I'm sure it's not going to be too long before this place is forced to change its name:

What about those vertically challenged workers at Willy Wonka’s chocolate factory?

Not to mention Snow White’s seven Minis.

We have a family joke, when asking where my father-in-law was, the reply was "in the garage under the midget".

The piano player stopped and the crowded bar got quiet real quick when Kirby strode through the door. At a whopping 3' 10" of brawn and steel he towered over the other dwarfs who were quickly heading for the doors.

I never liked the MG Midget. But one of the engines from a dead Midget - 1275 - worked very well as an upgrade to the 948 that I had transferred in to my '54 Moggie. But don't ask about the drive shaft.

Don't know what's wrong with some people. She should rise above it.

Can't we tell these people to find a bridge and get over it, that is, if they can get through the turnstiles.

I don’t find any of this particularly funny.
In fact, it’s beneath me.
