I'm not your library, search for it yourself. Lazybones.

1) where the defendants admitted (specifically in law) that they committed CRIMINAL damage. Not that they damaged a statue. That they admit that they committed the unlawful act of CRIMINAL damage.

2) One case since 2005 where R Vs Wang has been superseded. A single case in the United Kingdom where a judge has directed a jury to pronounce a guilty verdict. I’ll allow primary legislation as well, just in case the law has been changed in this area.

just one of each. Christ even just one of either would suffice to give you some credibility back.
As stated, all that was laid out several pages ago. It's not my fault you can't read properly.

They admitted the CRIMINAL damage. That is a fact. If you don't like it...tough!

No need to take the Lord's name in vain, you'll have a coronary if you don't calm down...

I don't care what you think of my posting style...wow what a petty thing to obsess over!

Looks like you are taking your ball and running away because you have been proven wrong many times. Fair enough, learn lessons from this and you won't look so uneducated about English law next time.

Cheerio!

Wow, another one who obsesses over how I post!

I answer them as I read them, so sorry that doesn't meet your high standards of trolling!

Best you go back to supporting illegal riots around the UK. I take it you have your black bloc gear and Guy Fawkes mask?

That is very very sad.

Wailing like a child to the moderators to ban someone because they have proven you wrong in a discussion and you don't like it one ickle bit.

Errrr...nope, try again.

This is an intellectual discussion which you obviously don't have the capability to understand. It has complex words and concepts in it...and no pictures. I doubt you can even spell the chemical formula for dioxygen...

Nobody invited the village idiot: please go back to trolling other sites, there's a good chap!

I can't search for something which doesn't exist.

However if you want to demonstrate that I am incorrect, and that you are not just full of hot air and are now doubling down to try and save face after realising you've made a fool of yourself, please feel free to reply to this with a citation to the authority that you claim supports your assertion. If, as you claim, you have already posted it, then it should be very simple to post it again.

For the avoidance of doubt, I'm referring to an actual legal authority - statute or case law - that supports this principle, not simply you asserting it without evidence.

If, as you claim, you respond to posts as you read them, feel free to show where I support illegal riots.

Are you aware of how the group 10cc got their name, only you seem to be very proficient at exceeding this volume.

However, this shows you for what you are " Not the actions of a tough Naval aviator...as if! " Given the contributor posted his, very much justified, award for gallantry, clearly you feel it relevant to denigrate somebody who has demonstrated personal qualities that will never be applicable or relevant to yourself.

You mention Telic / Herrick....which rotary fleet and when

Of course, if you can't, and / or won't answer, then award yourself a DFC for "outstanding moral cowardice on an open forum whilst fearlessly attacking a genuine aviator" .

errrrrrrrrrr......you did declare your support for the Poll Tax riots. Allow me to remind you.

"Feel free to offer examples where " mob rule " has, as you put it..."won" (excluding the Poll Tax demonstrations which were wholly justified)"

From a relative who studied psychology at Exeter University (redacted):

Trolls often have problems engaging with others in normal social circumstances and feel safe in the security of anonymity when posting spiteful content. The instigator will have either a low or greatly-inflated sense of self-esteem coupled with sadistic tendencies. Reactions are the key to their gratification.

There's often no logical pattern to their posts, they simply use the opportunity to insult level-headed correspondents and ridicule or dismiss any constructive inputs, which further inflates their malicious ego once they see them in public view. Trolls are often incapable of instant response to criticism and will usually retreat to their 'safe zone' (behind a computer screen) to compose and then post mass batteries of abuse. The correct method of dealing with these people is to ignore them. They'll then look for another platform in which to resume their behavioural pattern. They're unfortunately a toxic side-product of Internet discussion sites and we're stuck with them.

Mr Fraser,

A thicko, that's me and thanks for the recognition earlier, writes :

Tsk ! Bit of straw grasping here old boy. Please allow me to remedy your misconstrued reply.

True, I mentioned the Poll Tax and did suggest you didn't include this as an example because, sorry about this, I didn't condone the rioting, but I did, and this is somewhat pertinent, condone the principles behind and in support of the protest. Which, I think you will agree, is entirely different.

Remember also what I said about "rent a mob " being selective ?..these protests were food and drink to them such were the emotions the policy induced in the electorate.

However, also enter the Met, who, not for the first time, displayed an ability to react in their own inimitable way.

I would class this as a score draw therefore..which doesn't count I'm afraid in your search for "mob rule wins !" examples.

I guess you didn't bother to look at the other two examples of where mob rule was allowed to go unchallenged.

Call it a draw if you wish, it changes nothing.

Found not guilty due to the car being abandoned on his land. After being physically assaulted by the owner and suffering a cut lip. he returned the vehicle to the highway from whence it came.

A great result.

Looks like the mods have finally started pruning (npi) the troll's contributions.
