Drawing any conclusions from that article would not be a good idea. Media like to be the first with the 'scoop'.
A poor strategy as has been proven before where the truth is very different.
Let the investigation take its course.

Let the Police do their investigation to hopefully solve the case and publish the unanswered questions. Remote location, anything could have happened!

I could say that about a few of the clowns I’ve flown with over the years, however I don’t think it’s appropriate to publicly discuss opinions about individuals on a public forum.
Got a problem with anyone, say it to their face and deal with it appropriately, opposed to getting behind a keyboard and making public gutless anonymous negative comments about people…
I think I’ve bought this up before on this forum 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Without knowing the first thing about the person in question, last night's Media Watch was very relevant to this sort of thing - you can watch it here if you are so inclined William Tyrrell mystery . It shows how in order to pressure suspects, the NSW Police would release information about their prime suspect at the time, allowing the media to publish their personal details, past offences, upcoming court cases and so on.
They did this to a series of different suspects in turn, each of whom had A Current Affair and similar showing up at their doorsteps and asking them all kinds of questions, putting their faces on the news as "suspected child murderer, sex offender" and so on. By the time each of them had been ruled out as a murderer in that case, it was too late to take back all the publicity and slow-motion footage of them staring at the cameras, leading to some expensive out of court settlements and likely upcoming further legal action as it turned out that the people weren't actually linked to the Tyrrell case, after turning their lives upside-down. So, yeah, as TWT and chimbu warrior said.

Agreed. This is no place to conduct a trial.
If anyone has any information or comment about the suspect, the least they can do is contact VicPol and pass on their observations. The victims deserve that as a very minimum.
Other than that no one here is remotely interested in Greg Lynn.

My VicPol spies tell me:
1. The gentleman was expecting a visit from Mr. Plod and for that reason had camped in secret in very difficult and hidden location.
2. The special operations group got to use their new grey helicopter.
3. The police have been onto this guy for a while.
Comment: The drip feed of published news about this case over perhaps the last six weeks was not accidental.
Comment: The police reckon he is "not a very nice person". To me, and considering what slugger wrote, that might translate to one of those conditions ending in "path".
.....in which case the Police will be asking about the whereabouts of the body of his accomplice as well as the original two victims.

As if Tom Gleeson needed anymore reason to slag off at Jetstar! I wouldn't be going anywhere near a journalist with a 10' barge pole. They don't know one end of an airbus from a blanik so why give them information that will be turned into an episode 60 minutes.

Certainly not one associated with rotten Rupert's gutter-dwelling organisation.
