Why would anyone try to start a serious discussion by quoting the Daily Mail?

It's now a Blue Trailer that was sold on Gumtree. It's pretty obvious why the trailer is important. It seems they now have a search area to look for the bodies so I suspect he has pointed in a general direction but thats just my speculation. Makes you wonder what the argument could have been about and what drove Lynn to kill the couple? Still early days but lets see what comes to light.

Jetstar Pilot charged with murders

A Jetstar Captain has been charged with the murders of an elderly couple in Victoria.

Following the Germanwings crash, a senior 777 Training Captain was quoted in the press stating ""I seriously sometimes wondered who is sitting next to me in the cockpit. Whether you know them or have just met in the cockpit, who can guarantee that you can trust him or her?"

Brings a new light to that statement.

A lot of talk re motive as no doubt a confrontation took place shortly after Hill and Clay arrived at the campsite as it has been confirmed the couple were killed sometime after 6PM after Hill had a radio sked with an associate and Lynn departed the campsite in a fluff just after or around midnight. There are 2 things missing other than the bodies. One is the trailer which Lynn sold on Gumtree and the other is Hill's drone. One of the more popular theories is Hill took flight with the Drone (March time frame so still light) and Lynn took an annoyance with this so an argument followed. If you were camping in a remote area would you take offence to someone flying a drone? Certainly not a motive to kill for 99% of us but perhaps Lynn resides in the other 1%. Purely speculation but an interesting one as there couldn't have been many more reasons other than noise etc for Lynn to lose his cool.

Maybe because of this:

.....in which case the Police will be asking about the whereabouts of the body of his accomplice as well as the original two victims.
as the grass wouldn't have grown over the burial site yet.

(I can only speculate, obviously)

Absolutely he does. Flew with him a number of times and I always felt he was not all right in the head. Masquerades as a nice guy but very quick to anger. Always thought he was capable of this. Long standing rumour is he’s also done it before….. wife #1

On the assumption that the lawyers at the Herald sun and the Daily Mail know what they can and can't publish, I'll offer without comment the following two links:

First wife of missing campers suspect was found dead outside their home
The death of the former wife of high country murders suspect Gregory Lynn was investigated by the coroner.
and
Estranged wife of Jetstar pilot accused of murdering campers was a 'deeply religious' Qantas flight attendant who DIED suddenly of a drug overdose after he 'left her for another woman'
Ex-wife of Jetstar pilot accused of murdering campers died after taking drugs
Lisa Lynn had consumed large amounts of pills and alcohol before death in 1999
She was married to Greg Lynn and spiralled after he left her for another woman
Mr Lynn has been charged with murdering Russell Hill and Carol Clay in 2020

HR. What a joke. He was ‘flagged’ in no uncertain terms to managers back in Ansett days after his wife died in exceptionally suspicious circumstances and bugger all action was taken. Numerous examples of these ‘managers’ migrated into Jetstar post Ansett so he was a known quantity there.

Lynn wasn't flying anymore apparently he says with relation to a heart issue? As a check Captain I can imagine he would have ruffled some feathers. Scary to think that there could be more to his 1st wife's death? Let's hope that this all comes to a head with regards to Lynn and justice is done if he is found guilty by the courts. Sad for the families of Hill and Clay who it seems were in the wrong place at the wrong time,! It makes you wonder how some people can carry on living normal lives after committing a heinous crime such as this.!

I’m intrigued as to why his manager would be the appropriate person to contact regarding the suspicious death of his wife? Don’t we have the police for that sort of thing?

A commercial airline pilot has been accused of murdering two elderly campers who went missing in Australia 20 months ago.

Greg Lynn, 55, was arrested on Monday night after police helicopters descended on his campsite in Victoria.

He was charged with murdering Russell Hill, 74, and Carol Clay, 73. There has been no trace of the pair since March last year.

On Friday, Mr Lynn was remanded in custody to face a court next year.

He was stood down as a pilot by Jetstar - a budget airline owned by Qantas - shortly after his arrest.

The disappearance of Mr Hill and Ms Clay from the Victorian Alpine National Park sparked one of the state's largest missing person investigations.

Police allege they were murdered on 20 March, according to court documents reported by The Age newspaper.

They had used a high-frequency radio to call a friend earlier that day. During the call, the pair said they were setting up camp in the Wonnangatta Valley.

Passers-by found their campsite destroyed by fire the next day.

"Our efforts to locate the remains of Russell and Carol will continue," Victoria Police Assistant Commissioner Bob Hill said on Thursday.

Campsite destroyed by fire.

If they set the campsite on fire by smoking in bed or some such, why haven’t they found the bodies?

They were murdered and re-located. You obviously have not been following the case.? The murderer set their campsite alight.

Facts not in evidence your honour.

He “may” have set fire to the campsite. It has been suggested that it will be alleged that the accused did it.

If you write like I did above, you too could get a job for a news outlet.
