Dark day? A ripper day where police slap down a moron whose actions were encouraging the spread of the virus.

Then there was the "brutal arrest of an innocent woman, dragged from her car by the nasty policeman..."
She was all smiles being interviewed by the media, probably at her home later that same day. Perhaps she was thinking of her future settlement or compo payout as one lawyer pointed out that the mistakes made by the police during her "arrest".

Sounds like this was exactly the staged outcome she was hoping for, captured on her personal video and with a lawyer coaching her.

If it's the video I've seen, it appears she was done for a mobile phone mount on the windscreen. Then she was done for not providing her name. Nothing to do with COVID. I do not know if she is a conspiracy theorist/troublemaker. In Victoria, my understanding is that if the police suspect a crime you must provide name and address. That is how it is. But for a phone mounted on the lower right hand side of the windscreen? Better tell RACV to change their information on their website. Best part of the post incident video I've seen is when she asked the cops" are you going to bash me again?"

There seems to be a competition between QLD and VIC as to who is the most ****** up state.

She was nicked at the 24/7 checkpoint on the Hume Hwy where the task of police is to check names and addresses.

And they'll also take notice of any other irregularities.

Given that she lives in Wallan, beyond the checkpoint, she knew the score.

Totally orchestrated by her to get her '15 minutes of fame'.

After watching the videos in those attached links, all I can see is the Victorian Police calmly and professionally dealing with a bunch of rabble rousing conspiracy theorist nutjobs breaking the law who are determined to be as disruptive and troublesome as possible. Especially glad to see them take care of convicted wife basher Avi Yemeni.

Lots of respect to VicPol in these times.

Agreed, it is a snap decision by a single officer that shouldn’t reflect on the entire police service but it still was not an appropriate use of force. However this incident seems to be totally unrelated to any Covid/Lockdown related law enforcement action, so in that arena I believe the way VicPol have dealt with the nutjob Covid Truther conspiracy theorists has been quite professional.

The guy was mentally ill, the hospital put in the call and he is now in a coma. Not a proud day.

So if don't believe the conspiracies these guys believe in that makes you an Antifa member? Wow, let's see how wacky their beliefs are:

Conscious Truth Network leader: Believes moon landing was faked and believes in the 5G conspiracy

Anti Mask Gym Owner: Believes masks are dangerous and Covid is a hoax

Woman who refused to give name at checkpoint and was alter arrested: Believes in the sovereign citizen movement that laws don't apply to her

"Day of Freedom" Protesters: Believe in a little bit of 5G, a little bit of anti vaxxing, and of course, the grandaddy of all nutty Conspiracies, they're Q-Anoners

That isn't merely "having a different point view", that collection of lunatic positions and nutty conspiracies is without evidence or reason. Thinking people who believe in that nonsense are nutjobs doesn't make you Antifa, it means you have a brain.
