And finally, the child who inherits an unlucky gene will have his own shot at notoriety one day. So the rules do not disqualify nominees who have already reproduced.

The UK Cabinet. For killing off the entire country by their poor decision making.

More than a bit annoyed that an animal was killed following a human's stupidity.

Here's an idea: robbing ATMs using explosives. What could possibly go wrong?

Think the Durdle Door* Tombstoners deserve a mention - excellent attempt!

*reminds me of Arkwright as played by Ronnie Barker - coincidentally on t'telly right now...

I doubt anyone would admit to it! I have heard of people licking toads - but I'll stick to a pint of cider thanks.

If you gave me a choice of sniffing a toad or eating a slug, I'd take the toad.

I'd slip the slugs into shells, cook them in garlic and butter and serve them up as escargots de bourgogne. Delicious!!l

Over the years a few people here have died from rat lungworm disease after eating slugs. Alcohol and a dare was usually involved.

I've never found a good escargot. They are buried under garlic butter and dill, and have a texture of snot.

It's funny that crabs and prawns are basically cockroaches of the sea, eating the rubbish and detritus carpeting the ocean floor. But most people wouldn't eat a cockroach, even in garlic butter.

I worked with a bloke who had been a POW on the Burma Railway. He said that he decided he would eat anything that he thought would keep him alive, including grass, cockroaches, grasshoppers and other insects.
