Researchers at the National University of Singapore, or NUS, have created a probiotic sour beer that may boost immunity and improve gut health.
I think the operative word in that opening statement is 'may'.

It won't give you immunity from prosecution for drink driving...

If they develop a similar cider, I'll give it a go.

That will probably make beer in Singapore even more expensive than it already is!

Tg, tried the sparkling variety in Honfleur? Well worth the effort carrying them home.

I've sampled a few French cidres, not sure where they were from but very nice.

Enjoyed quite a few in a St Omer bar a few years ago, well, I wasn't driving... hic!

So, they're making a yogurt beer, or something like it?

This could only be good, and here's why.

Drink standard ale until you get the runs, then, start drinking the "pro biotic" stuff as a cure.

None of the friends you have who are worried about your pilsnerage could possibly disagree, right?

Cheers!

BTW -- We're celebrating our independence from you sorts, hope it doesn't offend.
