Also looks like the reflection of a horizon along the fueselage, and cloud reflections on top of the engine. Nice try though...

You never could, Photoshop is just the current tool for retouching. 20 years ago I was a Graphic Designer using Photoshop to retouch fashion pics for the big Home Shopping Catalogue companies at that time. All of those models were covered in acne, moles, freckles, you name it - and very few had heard of a 'bikini line' either - underwear shots would usually have a post-it note attached saying 'pls remove spiders from knickers'. The things I did for England...
