The tent thing was fine if the then had a show solely from that country. ..
To be in Finland and not do Finnish stuff was rubbish.

Hi we are here in Finland. Now let's go to the Nurburgring. Didn't work

I get my car mot’d at the place where they get some of their rather unusual ‘vehicles fabricated. They really know their cars there.

Gave up on it after seeing the new lady driver.
Not that it was anything to do with her, as the show progressed, I was checking my phone.
Attention obviously wandering off.

It's a bit slow. Well, it's a lot slow.
Camera work, sound, presenters, great.
Just seems to go on, and on, and on.
Ach well, next.

I have always disliked Paul Macartney and wings but I did think this music really suited the trailer for the series.

I enjoyed ep1 for the drama of the Hammond crash and ep2 wasn't bad either. The celebrity bit is much better and seems to anchor the show more.

I read that Ep 1 wasn't originally going to 'air' first, but they had to re-order things to explain Hammond's injury in subsequent episodes (not to mention the numerous references to seeing the bottom of his car)...
I did LOL a few times during Ep. 2 - particularly when Jeremy changes the others airline reservations (I doubt he could have actually done that without so much as a confirmation number - especially the second one for no alcohol - but it was funny).

Considering that a normal production Tesla P100D manages 2,5sec, not that great of the Rimac. The Tesla is an up to 7 seat 2,5t Sedan...

Just figured out where they stole the formula for their show.

James May is Fish-Face.
Richard Hammond is Monkey.
Jeremy Clarkson is Pigsy.
And the girly bloke dressed in all white is Tripitaka.

Clarkson looks to be one good burger away from a heart attack.

The last time he got a bit of exercise by clouting a producer he got fired, so think he's just being more careful on this job...

Two things - once you've got huge power available, zero to sixty becomes dominated by traction (several automotive experts have completely dismissed Musk's claims for his new sports car's zero-60 times simply because it would require drag slicks to get that power to the ground). Second, in ludicrous mode the Tesla quick overheats things and goes into a limp mode to protect the battery (Car and Driver has so far failed to get more than about halfway around their "Lightning Lap" with their Model S without it going into limp mode) - the Rimac supposedly isn't so limited...
