Cooks who have tweezers as part of their kit and think they are artistes bother me.
That we get Masterchef Australia up here also bothers me for some reason. Too much barramundi?
Bring back Skippy, the Bush Kangaroo.

On the whole I'd agree.
Went to the mother-in-law's for lunch today. She mentioned that she was still waiting for her results from the osteopath. I suggested that the delay was that they only have a skeleton staff. She thought it very humerus.

^^^Hit me right in the funny bone.
With a new Emperor waiting in the wings to ascend the throne next month, Japan picks a name for the coming era. Today it was announced: 令和 (Reiwa).
"Rei" is my babby daughter's first name, and "Wa" is the first character of Mrs.' maiden name.
Quite the coincidence, I thought, Mrs. Rotty and I are somewhat pleased.

A leaked report from some group of boffins indicates that the Canadian North is warming at twice the world's rate.
Having spent many 4 hour or so sectors flying over vast expanses of nothing but solid white, someone should be investigating what benefits global warming could bring as most of GlobWarm is, face it, irreversible. It's geologic time span changes, not a man's lifespan.
They are electrifying a DHC-2 Beaver (first DHC-2 flight -August 1947) with a MagniX Technologies motor and lithium batteries. Flight tests begin in Nov. Range expected to be 100 miles, twice as long as most of Harbour Air's (airframe owner) flights.
