Maybe it's time to step away from the keyboard and go outside and try the fresh air

I was thinking about "Aircraft personified", but it probably won't do.

Any resuscitation of old threads would only bring on melancholy when you realise just how many posters no longer post anymore…

I can never remember what I said in earlier threads ergo without reading the entire thread I might reach a different conclusion and post something diametrically opposite contradicting a earier post in the earlier now resurrected thread and as the universe and quantum physics will not allow this I might disappear in a cloud of infinite probabilty particles.

I have long thought that it would be an excellent thing were I able to source every one of my previous contributions to these pages. They could then be compiled into an entertaining book, to be sold at such outlets as Harrods and Fortnum and Mason, for the edification of the rich and ignorant who infest the more expensive houses and apartments of Kensington, Chelsea and Belgravia.
It hardly needs saying that this priceless prose would only be available in translated form, Russian, Greek, Chinese and so on, a literary monument which would ensure forever the historic and intellectual legacy of Wrinkled Plums.

I don't know Trossie. We could always bury him in Westminster Abbey with a plaque - soon.

Some years ago The Times brought out a slim compilation of their wittiest letters.
As far as I can remember, two of my contributions to the British public were among them. I also sometimes wear suits crafted by Blades of Saville Row, the very epitome of elegant and old threads.
