Tubmin (thumb up bum and mind in neutral) was written in my logbook after an abysmal attempt at a practice forced landing in pouring rain when I could see sod all through an oil streaked half of the windscreen.

IIRC the instructor was shown the door a couple of weeks later for an unrelated incident.

ultimate horror - being pressed against a plump lady in a packed-full city bus... also makes one think about the cases when big boobs might not be an asset. She looked like a tank. Quite scary, actually.

alcohol - a wee dram may help soothe the nerves after such an experience - but NOT a whole bottle-full.
