Wow, I didn't know that Canada was racist.

We have school board elections on November 2nd. Reading from the back of the voter registration card....

Pieces of identification required:
- Health Insurance card of Quebec Province, or
- Driver's license of Quebec Province, or
- Canadian passport, or
- Certificate of Indian Status, or
- Canadian Forces identification card.

All those cards carry a current picture. Bunch of racist bastards is what I say.

Ontario does not allow the health card to be used for any other purpose except health related matters. It is not considered a valid ID in banks, voting, or anywhere else. Due to medical privacy reasons, you understand, unless your name is Rob Ford in which case the hospital staff can access your health records and sell them to Toronto Star.

I wonder if Saint Jack used his health card to pay for his therapeutic visit to that gay steam and cream the cops found him in?

Dushan are you getting a false Flash Player pop up on Bourque's Newswatch?

St. Jack's medical records are so tightly sealed that to this day we don't know what he died of.

Yes getting weird things on Bourque and Drudge.

Was watching Meet the Depressed today. Chuck Todd was very solemn and truly depressed when he announced that in the upcoming election the Republicans seem to have a lead, "albeit modest" and that it seems they will take both houses.

So it's not just the Germans who are feeling less than thrilled (cue Chris Matthews!) by The One.

Folks at a Maryland campaign event walked out on His Oiliness:

Quote:
UPPER MARLBORO Md. (Reuters) - President Barack Obama made a rare appearance on the campaign trail on Sunday with a rally to support the Democratic candidate for governor in Maryland, but early departures of crowd members while he spoke underscored his continuing unpopularity.
Obama makes rare campaign trail appearance, people leave early

What makes this noteworthy is not the substance of the article, but the fact that Reuters, usually an Obama supporter actually reported on the debacle.

Normally, they have run interference for the Administration on anything negative by simply not covering the bad news.

While I take a certain amount of "ain't that a b1tch" pleasure in seeing Barry being shown to be the empty suit that he has always been, I am not letting Reuters or any of the other media outlets who actively campaigned or covered for Obama from 2008 until his recent unpopularity off the hook.

They have an agenda. I believe the next agenda is Hillary uber alles.

Aaand we're back to Germans...

She lies like my dogs!

Whole hollyweird's untalented creatures were moving to Canada if Bush was reelected and they are still here. Lucky Canadians...

You forgot about walking on the water as well, brick. But even if he was capable of such a feat of a gravity-defying escapade one could only hope he'd sink. And then drown.

Welcome back, Mr. RGB. I was hoping you would crawl from under the rock at some point. We missed you when suggestions were made to invade, yet another, Caribbean island.

I don't crawl out from under a rock, Mr. Dushan. I crawl out from my bunker though. Does that count?

Invading another Caribbean island? Hey, I'm all for it. Because we all know (don't we) that Rangers Lead The Way!

Admittedly, I don't follow the sport, but regarding a Caribbean island and the Rangers, isn't it going to be a really, really limited appeal?

Well that's because you have the wrong team and sport.

It's the TEXAS RANGERS baseball team.

Course then again, it could be the Texas Rangers, of the 'Lone Ranger' type. If the lore of old is true, 'One Ranger, one island, settled'.

You mean like this Park Ranger?

I think she may have rode with Teddy, so she would experience on invading islands.

Except when Barry wants to score political points, then he orders the PARK Rangers to stand aside or indeed actively prohibit WWII vets from seeing their memorial.

Which those vets promptly ignored and stormed (slowly) the National WWII Memorial in DC.

I don't 'real' Rangers would stand for such dishonorable treatment of their forebears.

But Barry don't mind...

I heard from a very reputable source that some of the Park Rangers that were on furlough came back in civilian clothes and helped the vets remove the barricades.

They were severely reprimanded later but they kept their jobs, barely. Some I think are still counting used condoms floating down the Rio Grande river.

You don't cross Barry and the DNC propaganda machine and hope to escape their wrath.
