IMNSHO it should be a *right* not to have to live with burglar bars on every window, armed response security guard alarm system, razor wire on your fences, perimeter sensor monitors and night vision video cameras and reinforced doors with extra locks and chains (even separating inner parts of your house).

I entirely agree with you, nobody should be living that life, divided by metal barriers and unified in only thing, the obscene fear of the charnel house.

@mostly harmless,

Enjoyed your beaver recipe. However, from your description of the recipe I think we're not talking about the four-legged, furry little creature which frequents watery areas, now are we?????

Canada, like Australia, is a great country. Beautiful and pristine wilderness, fantastic people, an easy-going and tolerant culture, abundant resources, democratic.

Before long the huddled masses will be knocking on the doors of both Canada and Australia, as far as I know the only two Western civilization nations not experiencing serious economic and cultural decline.

BenThere

We have beavers here. They don't have them in Australia.
Beavers are dangerous nasty beasts. They take down large trees just by chewing on the trunks as a snack. Huddled masses are the second favourite snack of beavers.
Probably safer for the huddled masses to go to Australia.

Absolutely not. I am as pure as the driven snow. However, I will let you decide for yourself.

But if the (cough) other kind of beaver is shaved, then it's no longer a beaver.
