One is honoured, Mr Bear. However, would the move not mirror the Schlockheimer Quadruple Piffle, resulting in a Transverse Sweep to

Dollis Hill?

Immediate muster North Acton Lads, get lively to it; use a Trubshaws VIFF.

North Acton from Dollis Hill?????
From memory, the last time that move was recorded, was during the incident filled 1902 Rozenkrantz v Gildenstern Pre-Championship Grudge Match in Zagreb, in which Rozenkrantz delivered the coup de grace with an 1899 Derringer, after Gildenstern attempted a Pre-Emptive Cloistering Shunt. As he fell, Gildenstern managed to deposit a fileting knife in Rozenkrantz's wobbly bits, which resulted in his immediate demise. The carnage held up the start of the actual Championships, for fully 10 minutes. Rozencrantz was finally adjudged the winner, by a foul, after Gildenstern was carried into the Committee Room to explain his actions, clad in a shroud, smelling strongly of embalming fluid and refusing to answer any of the Committee's probing questions, despite repeated attempts by the Chairman. Considering a response has proved difficult, but invoking a Padre's Double Interment, I have finally settled on....... MONUMENT.

And where the hell is Proot, anyway????

Jordan,

When it comes to Mornington Crescent you are obviously an amateur, although I accept that you may have passable skills in ping-pong. Apart from ignoring Littleton's Third Rule of Spooning, you have also committed a Northern Line Scissors.

Please read up on the rules..........TOWER HILL

There is a precedent for Mr Jordan's move, Mr Luke. If you would care to examine the 1932 Reykjavik Semi Final between Mssrs Pollecutt and Dimitrov, you will note the interplay of quadrantial junctions in the final moments lead to a narrow avoidance of spoon while simultaneously allowing a Parkes Lay Up and a Dhofari Half Shuffle to be performed. As the penguin is still traumatised and the fire extinguisher is nowhere to be found, the final outcome is uncertain but it appears to be a perfectly legal move, according to Mrs Trellis.

However, in the spirit of the game

Time to step back and approach from a different angle, so here we go with a Hodgkiss Manouevre (Diagonal Variant) to

Balderdash and Piffle SRT!

Even if a Dhofari Half Shuffle was possible, and it is not (the move would result in passage to Platform 4 of Plymouth Central), Mr Jordan has committed the classical error of playing a quadrantial junction on a Friday!!

I'd also point out that Jermyn Street is a well known crony of that utter scoundrel Proot.

So.............Croxley Green (Westbound).

Hence the loss of faculties of the penguin and the exsanguination and subsequent explosion of the fire extinguisher, Mr Luke. However, collateral damage aside, I have been assured by Mrs Trellis that the move is indeed a legal one and that Mr Jordan can under no circumstances be placed in knid for it's use.

Onward to...

Lukeafb1 my dear friend,
I have been monitoring these amateurs for some time now. Wanting to jump in and warm the game up. If we've been to Dollis Hill once we've been there 20 times. I'm chuffin dizzy!!! I'm surprised you have entered the game. You must be bored!
Talking of embalming fluid, how is your distillery going? Still passing it off as Jamaican Rum are we???
I feel obliged to make a move just for sheer devilment. Think I will take us out for the final run in and play

One's subtlety hasn't gone unnoticed, Mr Baron...

One feels the underhanded attempt to slip in a Pongracz-von Wielligh Reverse Quadruped not quite cricket and somewhat outside the rules of play.

Nevertheless...

Court out you surmise? Not so!

I'll raise my underhand with a backhand to Southfields.
