Ok, it seems there is a bit of confusion here as to what has happened.

Why ex-matelot is claiming his 'reverse Kylie shunt-from straddle' is allowed using Humphrey FFB as justification is a mystery. The very same manoeuvre is also known as a 'Parsons' Cassock' when following an 'Esses Manouevre' as employed so fatally by Jordan D.
As such, there is no need for referal to Monsoons' or Wainwight-Smithwicks as the move is legal.

Hence EM can be declared winner of the previous game, and Whirlygig's opener of Turnham Green has started play.

Unfortunately Panda K , Boston Manor is not allowed due to Turnham Green placing you in spoon (see Farquhar, Ponsonby & Smythe 1832 for details)

So, Turnham Green to start, and thus my move is......

Thank God - I've been sitting in this bl00dy station all day waiting for it to move Thanks Evening Star!

Now you see before they demolished Wimbledon stadium we could have gone to Burnt Oak but as it is, Canada Water will have to suffice. It's either that or the Gare du Nord but we won't even think about opening up that can of worms....

R C now you're just being silly - there wasn't an Underground in 1832... Anyway, its too late now - that play was made over 10 hours ago and, as you well know, all objections must be raised within 4 hours, 12 minutes and 22 seconds.

Playing through - choo-choo!

Ah. More fool you. Canada Water opens the line to Deptford double-witching. Which means that the SouthEastern suburban nexus can be brought into play.

Which opens up the game to a quick play of Bromley North.

Having just witnessed Brett Lee knocking a six over the roof at the Gabba I am now equally inspired to go for such a bold, brash effort - Surrey Quays

Gentleman, Gentleman (& Ladies) .... I give you a very simple, very effective sunny Saturday morning opening gambit of:

Watford

Should be quite obvious why I've played it.

I feel that a Garden (Graeme variety) clamp down is coming our way, in the old days I would have played with an Aldwych to head it off, but i can't now so:

Well fmgc, that's messed it up. Saturdays only means that I can only play through to Heathrow Terminals 1, 2 & 3.

Thanks a bunch!

Well, somebody had to call it, as its Guy Fawkes night and its raining I hereby invoke the 'traitors death' addendum to the Ponsonby decalaration (1934)

Anybody terminating within an 800yd radius of Westminster shall duly suffer a ban from play until the 6th of November.

Chalfont & Latimer

God save the king!

Could you get any more obscure, Ex Matlow?

I mean, honestly, the Traitor's Death Addendum hasn't been dragged out more than three times in the last twenty years.

I'm afraid you've painted us all into a corner and the only out is...

You go out for the day come back to find yourself in a wet and windy Lancashire town. Cripes!

I suppose, then, we could try to get things back on track, although I fear London could still be a dangerous play tonight, Bonfire Night - Gunpowder, treason and Plot. In which case I'll bring us closer to London by going to Bistol Temple Meads
