Putney Bridge, a move I freely admit was inspired by a glass of wine and I may yet regret tomorrow.

As a new game was called for this, there are four NIDs still available, so availing myself of one:

St. Pauls

Isn't Elephant and castle blocked by St Paul's?

I think you need to think further west.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but as I understand it the first NID does not count as a blocker when played in the diagonal. Therefore E & C is allowed.

Of course! Age is a curse to the memory.

Shoud give someone a chance to use up the second NID.

I'll avoid the NID play, and use the Clock Adjustment Adjunct 1974 move - a rare but subtle move.

Thus Notting Hill Gate

Sorry. I was maintaining a "watching brief" until I saw my opportunity.

OK. Shall I start?

Mornington Cr.....

D*mn - it's a Thorn adjunct, isn't it! Blows that one out of the water.

Err.. eastbound, I think, crossing at least two mainlines.

Paddington's anchored and Moorgate's orthogonal, so ...

Thoroughly, thoroughly regetting the red wine induced Putney Bridge that so allowed JD and BW to stomp all over the game. As for watching brief, that was dashed sneeky Whirls, bit like goal hanging in primary school playground football. However, the 1965 Compton Convention decision is binding so ...

... rolls up sleeves following busy half an hour changing all the ES household clocks and throws a 'timely' Hyde Park Corner riposte. Take that!

That's a tricky one ES; been thinking about that whilst in the bath!

It's a long shot I know and I'm not sure if this is allowed .......

Brompton Road.
