Rubbish, we are playing the basic grieves rules, not the 1953 revision.

As such Westbourne Park still stands and Tooting Bec is inadmissable.

RC - reverse play is not allowed, thus my Highbury move is now the one that counts!

basic grieves rules
You clearly have the unamended version

The Balham Convention permits Northern Line supremacy where the TPP is breached.

I say again: Tooting Bec.

I say again that the TPP was not breached due to the BASIC rules being played.

Therefore the Balham Convention is invalid and there was no reverse play.

However, if my vwersion of the basic rules is indeed the unamended version then I'll retract Westbourne Park, and submit Ealing Broadway instead.

I don't think that's legal romeo. Your conventional rules don't stick with that

As no one has taken the bait, and the soft southern poofters probably haven't a clue, I'll raise the bid with Balivanich Way, Balivanich.

Tut, Tut. Not another rules argument - Per-leeze!

Lets just go back to Jordan's Bank and despite the Shuttle Fleet being grounded again, move on to Ruislip Gardens.

I like that Ruslip Gardens move - ignenious ... especially as I can now play the Morning Hours Rule (I think its from the 1960s), in conjunction with the Green Spaces agreement (2003) to give you.....

West Ruislip and Ruislip Gardens in the same game?

I don't recall the Adjacent Suburbia Convention - Central Line Amendment (c1946) being invoked.

Standards Gentlemen.

Nonetheless, in the spirit of continued play:

Just to put a cat amongst the pigeons (and the best thing that could happen to the damned winged rats) and to get back to basics.

Sorry MadsDad - current security precautions rule out your move due to the Temporary Suspension (2001) order.

You could have morphed to South Kensington, but it's too late now.

BFU. My Hounslow Central move WAS legal since my security clearance, as issued by the Mornington Central (Dzerhinsky Square) branch gives me the required dispensation. I didn't mention it at the time since if I tell anyone I have to shoot them.

Ooops. Sorry.

Anyway since TGIF is in force, comms. are down and I'm looking for a loose end to be at the current progression logically leads to..........

There is far too much Northernside play going on here for my liking.

As such I invoke Toksvig's Protocol (yes I can, this is a fundamental principle of Grieves' - and as mentioned it is the last friday of the month).

You poor blind fools. Are you not paying attention?

Rosenschweigs Glaringly Obvious Corollary of 1987 states that in a state of play on a Friday afternoon under the 1943 Pilkington Advance Agreement no use of the Balham Sidestep is allowed. The glaringly obvious destination can only be
