Newly qualified - where next?
 

I realise this has been discussed many times before, but does anyone have any ideas about how to make the jump from just qualified to actually flying for a living. I've got my frozen ATPL and 200 hours, but everyone seems to be asking for more hours or type rating (or both). Where should I be looking?
