I recently applied to Easyjet Switzerland as a cadet. I am expecting the CUT-E tests online as a first stage as I could read here, but no clue on what's next.

CUT-E test with some kind of CRM/ Multi crew operation questions. After you do this, within 15 minutes you will get an answer if you pass or not.
If you pass then you will be directly contacted by them for an online interview. Group interview, individual interview with some technical questions if you are rated.
Then if you pass you are invited to a sim assessment.

I see. Then, the personal interview and the group exercises are online, being only the sim on-site.

Any advice for the entire online assessment? Do you know what to expect in the interview?

Anyones have some suggestion of how to prepare for online and personal assesment?

I'm going to prepare myself for the online assessment with PASS, I've got few questions to who had already done the online assessment:

- Do you know which kind of tests they ask for? (Feedback says "hand-eye + multitasking + sense of direction" for Aptitude)
- What about reasoning?
- Co-pilot situational questions are asked in the place of the ATPL quiz?

The interview and group exercise are not online but on-site. The online assessment consists of AON tests and co-pilot related questions in which you need to indicate which of three decisions you would make in a certain situation. Not by describing but by allocating points among these decisions.

I’ve completed the online assessment and you can expect the following tests:

Work related behaviour (Personality test)
Hand eye coordination (Complex control)
Sense of direction
Multi tasking capability
Easyjet co-pilot situational questions

I can recommend pilotassessments.com as they cover all the preparation you need. Passed myself the online assessment, now awaiting the next stages.

I’ll update here again by then.

For which position are you applying? Cadet? Rated FO? NTR FO ?

I’ve applied as co-pilot NTR, but for what I hear the same online assessment tests apply to cadets.

So far no ATPL questions, just the co-pilot questionnaire contains very interesting behavioral questions.
