Pilot Career Centre (PCC) CV service - legit?

Hi all!

Throughout the years, I have visited and used the PCC site regularly for information about airlines and it has a wealth of information that is constantly updating. So I assumed it was trustworthy and didn't think much of the upfront frees required for their CV-writing service. However, it's been approximately a month since I sent in my information and have not heard a reply back, and no response to my follow up. Is this normal? Has anyone had any experience similar to this from them? Or is it just a busy time for them?

I would appreciate any help.

I just purchased their services and sent in my information on Tuesday. As per their website they stated approximately 5 days, however, am concerned that you have not heard further from them in nearly month. Please keep me posted if you hear back from them, and I’ll do the same.

Hi, they did respond to me asking for more information once (and I replied instantly) but it's been another two weeks since then. I've sent a follow-up email so here's hoping they're just busy.

Did you manage to get your new CV eventually?
30+ days is not normal I would say, are they forgetting you want to use it to apply at companies?

I've had mine done at a different website, tailored with just a couple days delivery time, let me know if you're interested then I'll post the link.

All the best!

Sure mate, I've used the CV and cover letter service from PilotAssessments.com and found it to be very professional.
