I suspect there would be some flexibility there, but it still remains to be seen what the form Brexit will take so who knows.

Eagerly waiting

I have applied to this program this year! I'm from India! Any Indians here?

Hi all,

Good information on this thread. Good luck to everyone that has applied.

Please could I ask can anyone remember the specific video interview questions? This is for my own personal interest of how each airline conducts their interviews. I havent applied to this programme but am researching the wider selection process.

Thankyou.

Basic HR-style questions like "why did you apply", "what are your career ambitions" and "tell us about a challenging situation you faced" etc...

Nearly a month since the deadline for assessments. Will the lucky candidates get a phone or email as an invitation for the next round? (based on previous years)

Cheers, JM.

desperate to know

Hi future pilots,

Can anyone help me? I am desperate to know the best guess or idea about when we shall be called to be accepted or refused from aerlingas future pilot program???

Please help me as I have to plan things, I am delaying so much important stuff in case I'm failed by them. I need to plan things. Can anyone remember it from the last year? After how long of completing online assessment, last year they started calling successful candidates? We submitted online assess this year on 17th of Aug, its more than a month, Could it be 2 months , or more even???

Please any information is welcome ...and a thanks in advance..

Just got the thanks but no thanks. Disappointed to say the least, but it is what it is. Back for my Masters in September it seems. The very best of luck to those remaining in the process.

Got a phonecall but my status still says "invite to pre selection online test" - the lady on the phone said they would be sending more info via email and still nothing through yet though. Good luck!
