Indian young pilots aware of Kasana
 

I spoke to several persons who know about these schemes in India. What they didn't knew was the part with Kasana's partner(s) in Germany. Even more shocking to them the partnership with Ryanair. They said they'll never fly again with them if they partner with criminals

Kasana and present business
 

Without going too much into details: Siddhartha Kasana is a criminal. The information I have collected so far is directly pointing to a widespread and well organized system of shell companies, operating in different business areas. If you have a closer look at these you will notice that Kasana's management levels are staffed with the same persons. Many of them faced legal charges in the past.
His round-trip to Ireland served presumably only one purpose: money laundering and continuing his criminal activities from the distance. In India many people show their disgust regarding Kasana openly. That's why he left his country and is living in Germany now. A class action suit was prepared in India, but I don't have any further information regarding the outcome.
Siddhartha Kasana and Kay Wachtelborn of Sky4u must be considered not only partners but friends. Because a sole business partner would never try to help a criminal, especially not in small aviation industry and when so much is at stake. My assumptions lead consequently to the question: how long are they doing business? And how much are the German partners involved is Kasana's daily business?
​​​​If the launch of their partnership is dating back even more, there should be more victims suffering from their criminal methods. From my point of view they split up the pay2fly thing pretty good. Wachtelborn was looking for pilots willing to pay and Kasana placed them into Indian and Indonesian airlines. The money was collected through Kasana's MSD. Probably a big portion of Wachtelborn's money was then transferred to somewhere outside of Germany, leaving a small amount for the tax office to avoid raising their attention.

I'll add something about sky4u. In fact I'll add something while I type this from inside Lufthansa training center. The amount of defamation you people (It's very obvious it's always the same users) have been throwing around makes me think we are talking about completely different institutions. As I type this I have just finished my session number #3 of MCC. My previous instructors were with a 737 airberlin captain and 737 TRI. A 787 pilot and former 737 instructor in mock-up. One 737 TRI and now on his 747 rating for the theory.

From start to finish it's been amazing experience. From the people in the office to the great MCC instructors to having the opportunity of having a chat with 777 captains at midnight during a session in the Lufthansa training center.

I already had my eyes set for a MCC here for logistical reasons but the constant shilling against them on this board made me certain to check it myself and guess what I was convinced to pay my €€€ and get my course here.

Do go ahead and see for yourself. My nickname is very obvious and easily verified from within the school.

I don't care about any of these individual people, but the school is absolute top notch and the instructors especially as well.

Especially in aviation people (fresh pilots from school particularly) are naive. After a couple of years and (too) much money spent they (we) develop all a different view. Unfortunately there are too many criminals in this business, because there's a lot of money to get. And criminals never sleep.

Lots of things being bounced around on here about sky4u, here is my bit. I went to sky4u for an mcc/joc a few months ago, course was okay- ATO with a great vision, some great instructors, some not so great, great admin staff, little disorganised sometimes. Reasonable price, and I`ve been offered a job flying a large turboprop so guess it worked out. Will do a full review over the next few weeks when I get round to it.

Kasana and the stolen money
 

Some news from a reporter friend: Kasana hides and allegedly deposited the stolen money on multiple bank accounts in Ireland, UK and Switzerland. If I got it right he is using it to get investors but thereafter pulling his money out of the project quickly and let the investors bleed. That's what I've been told. I really hope that nobody gets into his traps

With respect to his past I must warn all potential business partners from getting involved. They will loose everything like former customers and finance his lifestyle
