Aerlogic: assessment and jobs terms

Hi folks,

beeing new here I´m looking for some more details about the Aerologic Assessment for Ready Entries and the working conditions there.

  1. Does anybody have some info about the screening in Berlin and recommendations for the preparation? CBT´s, books, Sim training? I only found some info for the flight school programme and a Sunexpress Screening which should be comparable, but I don´t know
  2. Is Aerologic tariffed (Manteltarifvertrag/Vergütungstarifvertrag) and are the pilots represented by their union (VC)?
  3. Are the paypent scales of PJN accurate? So for example Stage 1 FO 47.844€ ... is that all or do you get sector pay, pay per flight hour, overtime pay or something similar? I do not count per diems as one will spend them normally. What yearly gross wage can you expect?
  4. Is there a system of seniority or do promotions such as upgrades depend on "connections"?

I cannot say if it is like Sunexpress Germany, but if it is the case then you could prepare with CBT of Hesse Schrader Einstellungs und Eignungstests. There is a book and CBT. The one who created Sunexpresses Assessment is an Cpt of Aerologic. A very nice man. Mr. Boehnemann or Hoehnemann. But assessment is fair.

@Council thank you. I read this one before. Nevertheless my questions remain. Shall I link them in the other thread?

@P40 thank you. Indeed there are some recommendations for this prep. They do have some 60 tests to choose from so I'm looking for some more details.

Hello!

I have a question, what does recruitment look like and what materials are best to prepare with?

Thank you for your answer
