@Jekar what do you mean after your online assessment, what online assessment do you mean?

If you applied through career.aero then you were given access to the download section for Eurowings which shows what you can expect for the BQ at Interpersonal.

BQ Consists of:
άberprόfung fliegerischer Grundlagen
• Computer-Based / Webbased-Training
• Dauer: 1 Tag, z.B. in Hamburg Inhalte:
• Aviation Proficiency and Knowledge Test
• English Proficiency Test and Translation
• Mathematics and Mental Arithmetic Tests
• Concentration Test
• Multi-Tasking Test
Memory Action Test
• Logical Reasoning Test

No emergencies unless you've got the 320 TypeRating. The sim was like this:
  1. Departure briefing after receiving current weather info and clearance
  2. Normal takeoff, raw data SID
  3. Airwork (steep turns with low and high speed, descending/climbing turns)
  4. Enter holding over a fix (VOR)
  5. Standard ILS approach raw data
  6. G/A, raw data missed approach procedure
  7. Non-precision approach
  8. Landing

Isn't it so, that if you don't have experience or a TR then you get on the FNPT at Interpersonal? Did you have experience or a rating?

How long did you have to wait between BQ and Sim date?

It is like you said, if you have a rating, you are directed to the FFS (A320). I have a 737 rating so I attended the FFS in Vienna. Following the BQ I was offered a sim date very close to the BQ (like 5-6 days).

Mkw0303 21st Aug 2018 15:15

Hey guys.

Just applied for Eurowings as well.
How fast did they reply on you application ??

joelisbaker 21st Aug 2018 20:24

@Mkw0303
it took them 19 days between submitting application and sending invitation to BQ for me. Then a date for BQ within one month.

Fastius999 22nd Aug 2018 07:13

@Fastius999, your inbox appears to be full, can't send you a PM.

do you mean BQ on 23.08. for Eurowings?
I'll be at Interpersonal tomorrow for the BQ, I wouldn't have known that they conduct BQ and CQ on the same day at the same time?

Fastius999 22nd Aug 2018 12:03

I am refering to CQ
They can do on the same day bq, cq and sim for different people

Email link under name works

Joel, check your inbox! :)

Cheers

I applied to EUrowings though Pasaviation.

They sent mean email asking for documents which they checked and sent to eurowings.

Now eurowings sends me an email asking me to upload all documents because they are not present.

My question is where do i download these docs? because i havent done any registering through eurowings website. I replied to that email asking that very same question but got no answer.

About the exam... is it like the one they do in Easyjet/aer lingus and norwegian or is it different?

Thanks

Any information regarding the CQ? What can I do to prepare?

France737 23rd Aug 2018 16:07

Bq 23

Hey guys any of you that did the bq today can share with us your opinions regard the test? Is it so similar to Dlr?
thank you

hugmie 23rd Aug 2018 17:45

Hey All,

Having done the BQ test I would say that the most important things to study are the mental math and math word problems on the sky test program. I used the sky test program designed for the DLR and it was more than enough. I had to relearn a lot of highschool math such as algebra, so it did take several hours of study for me to get up to scratch.
Sky test definitly helped me pass. About the memory and spacial reasoning, just practice it a bit but where most ppl failed was on the math problems, mental math and ATPL. The ATPL question consisted of several performance (V1, toda etc), MET, and a lot of random questions from the 14 subjects.
Food provided on the day, so no need to pay for breakfast at the hotel or to bring a lunch.. Good luck!

Banana Joe 23rd Aug 2018 20:18

Recently SkyTest has released a new software for Interpersonal selections (EW, DHL/EAT, Laudamotion, etc.) available in English language. Worth it.

France737 24th Aug 2018 07:51

Congratulations hugmie for your pass , is the feedback given instantly?
Thank you for sharing your experience

Nkwak 24th Aug 2018 08:01

Hi everyone, is there some info about what kind of ATPL questions we can expect?
I have my 14 ATPL books in front of me, and I don't know where to start.

Oh cool, have you booked accomodation already? Last time I stayed in Motel One. It was fine

TheSkylander 30th Aug 2018 09:56

Dear all,

as far as we know the test will be about:

-English
-Aeronautical basic knw
-Math + mental arithmetic
-Logical thinking
-Psychomotor skills
-Attention
-Concentration
-Spatial Orientation
-Multiple work

At which test they correspond on SkyTest?

i.e. Psychomotor skills on skytest we have 3 exercises (MIC, MMT, TOM), which one is the one that we should practice?
As well the other subjects have more exercises about the same topic.

Cheers.

cavosky 30th Aug 2018 11:52

Hi everyone, is it true that they pay the flight for the selection?

Banana Joe 30th Aug 2018 12:12

Yes, only Eurowings flights.

No, they don't. It's written in the mail that you get once invited "you have to take care of any travel/accomodation expense".

Cheers
