I'm pretty sure Ba funds all type ratings via their DEP route, but I could be wrong.

Jet2 have invited candidates to fund their own type ratings in the fairly recent past. It is only the preponderance of rated FOs coming from elsewhere that has stopped it.

If people stopped sending cheques to the get-rich-quick schemes (for them!) described on all the other threads, that list would include most airlines.
