What to do after a pilot formation

Hello everyone:

In few months I'll begin a modular ATPL course in Europe. I'm very happy to start my pilot career and I'm very impacient to begin. Well, after reading a lot of forums and websites I didn't know what young pilot do after his/her formation. I read that some "lucky" pilots works with few hours in an airline plane thanks the stupid and immoral line training or "cadet program". Some pilots get F.I jobs and they get flight hours quickly and some pilots works in air taxi or regional cargo etc... However, I need to know what is the situation of young pilots, their difficulties and advantages.... Finally, let me know the REAL job opportunities of low hours pilot, specially in Europe

There are none (I take it you're not attending OAA or CTC ?) and the situation is extremely depressing if I'm to be totally honest. I hope you haven't signed up for training hoping to find a job immediately after it or even a few months after, it ain't gonna happen I'm afraid :(

I also notice you're from Tangier, if you're Moroccan I would say you have a greater chance of flying for RAM or Air Arabia than any EU carrier. Simply don't go on the hope of finding a job in Europe.

In Morocco the aviation is dead.... To aply in RAM you must be rich or a genius and unfortunately I'm only a normal guy from a normal family and I have normal grades. I was thinking about Air Arabia but I didn't know if she want Moroccan pilots.... She have a very small fleet (3 or 4 A320) and the majority of the pilots are foreigners. In 2012 I flew in Air Arabia and I saw only Indian and British pilots.
I hope that any Moroccan pilot will go to read my post, I want clarification about the Moroccan aviation situation

It won´t be easy but there are some jobs. It also will depend on your personal luck.
